1. Quick and easy french toast! Use your favorite whole grain bread, dip as many slices as you need in in an egg-milk-vanilla-cinnamon mix and throw them on the griddle. Top with your favorite organic berries and you’re done!
2. This is what I call the left over scramble. All you need is eggs, leftover red potatoes and onion, a green of some sort (we usually use kale but you could use spinach or shredded zuchini). If you’re feeling fancy you could add some bacon or sausage to make it heartier. Top it with some sliced avocado and you have a delicous Saturday morning family breakfast!
3. These Banana Pancakes. These are probably the most time consuming of the three but still super easy and oh so yummy. Who doesn’t want to eat banana pancakes on Saturday morning? We use this recipe from 100 days of real food. Also, you can freeze any extra you have and pop them in the oven for a super quick weekday breakfast!
